“The Magnetic Workplace”
Perhaps you find you spend much of your days in crisis mode, dealing with trauma and toxicity. Others judge what you do and often question your choices. It’s a difficult and draining environment to work and volunteer in.
What you really want is to settle things down and be proactive in your role, organization, and community. You want to be able to do your job passionately. As well, you really do want to do meaningful, enjoyable and rewarding work – while making a difference for those you serve. To do that, you need to step into leadership and change the culture of your organization, team and community, regardless of your place, title or role.
In this interactive and fun session, you will discover:
– How to bring back the joy in what you do, so that you feel recharged and motivated
– How to positively impact the feel, vibe or mood of where you work or volunteer
– What it means to take a lead role in professionalizing your sector, and the motivation to do just that
