Discarded senior needs our help

The other day we wrote about the overwhelming number of animals who are discarded, because they are old, sick or just no longer fit into their family’s life.

This is the story of one such fella, Harley. Harley is a 12 year old Bichon whose family posted in Caigslist to rehome home. Touched by this old guy whose family was giving him away, Tammy Preast, the owner of Love on a Leash, made sure she found him a foster home and now has found a family who wants to adopt him. But before sweet Harley goes to his new forever home, his guardian angels took him to the vet to ensure there are no surprises for his new family.

Unfortunately, it looks like Harley has diabetes and Cushings Disease and is currently having tests done to confirm. In addition, he needs dental work and has six moles/warts that need to be removed. We would like to raise money to help cover the costs of Harley’s vet bills and provide some financial support to his care. This poor guy was discarded by his family of 12 years in terrible physical shape and despite that, he is the sweetest guy who is capturing the hearts of all those who he meets.

Our goal is to raise $2,000 to help care for Harely. Harely is blessed to have the two guardian angels who have found him, let’s show them our gratitude.
